Inspection – On arrival of your bike it will be visually inspected by a mechanic for defects, no adjustments are made other than minor adjustments to brake or gear cable tension, a report on the bikes condition will be given – £20. (Refundable if bike is then serviced without leaving us)
Minor Service – Suitable for bikes in good condition that cover low mileage between services. The bike is inspected, brakes and gearing fully adjusted, all fixings checked for correct tension, minor spoke tension adjustments, bike lubricated and tyre pressures checked. Solo £55 Tandem £75

Full Service – Suitable for well used bikes that are serviced annually and cover 3-5,000km between services. The bike is inspected, brakes and gearing fully adjusted, all fixings checked for correct tension, wheels removed and trued, chain and sprockets degreased, all cables replaced with new, bike lubricated and tyre pressures checked. Rohloff Full Service – Suitable for well used bikes that are serviced annually and cover 3-5,000km between services. The bike is inspected, brakes and gearing fully adjusted, all fixings checked for correct tension, wheels removed and trued, chain and sprockets degreased, all cables replaced with new, bike lubricated and tyre pressures checked. Eccentric bottom bracket removed and re-greased/adjusted, Rohloff hub inspected, internal cable checked and oil changed. Solo £125 Tandem £145
Bike Refurbishment – Bicycle is stripped down to the bare frame, every element of the bike is checked and adjusted, the bike is then totally rebuilt with new bolts, washers and cables as appropriate, a full service is then performed. Solo £265 Tandem £305

Rohloff Oil Change only - £35 (+£10 surcharge if a loose wheel is supplied as it will need to be fitted to one of our test bikes to perform the oil change)
Cleaning of bikes presented in dirty condition – Bicycle cleaned with bike friendly cleaner by hand without the use of a pressure washer. Solo £45 Tandem £65
Bike Valet – Bicycle thoroughly cleaned by hand, wheels removed, drive chain degreased and paintwork polished. Solo £65 Tandem £85
